A playful interpretation of the classic Martini olive, the Serpentine Martini Ring brings the spirit of cocktail culture to a striking piece of contemporary jewellery.

At its centre sits a beautifully polished serpentine stone, chosen for its rich olive-green colouring and naturally organic character. A deep garnet-red gemstone is set into the stone, inspired by the vibrant pimento traditionally nestled inside a Martini olive.

The sculptural olive is framed by a smooth, polished gold band, creating a beautiful contrast between the soft organic form of the stone and the sleek precision of the metal. The result is a distinctive statement ring that feels luxurious, unexpected and effortlessly chic.

The Inspiration

Designed as part of Cheshire Clarity’s Aperitif Collection, this ring takes inspiration from the ritual of ordering a perfectly chilled Martini- elegant glassware, polished gold, rich colour and, of course, the iconic olive.

Rather than simply recreating a cocktail garnish, the design transforms it into something wearable and sophisticated. The olive becomes the centrepiece, the pimento becomes a gemstone, and the cocktail pick becomes jewellery.

The Serpentine Stone

Serpentine is known for its beautiful olive-green to moss-green tones, with natural variations that give each stone its own character.

Within crystal traditions, serpentine is associated with renewal, transformation, grounding and positive change- making it a fitting stone for a collection inspired by indulgence, individuality and new beginnings.
